As our Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our team — helping keep internal operations running smoothly while supporting both internal teams and platform users.At Venzer, we’re committed to creating a safer, more transparent construction ecosystem — not just for vendors, but for the clients who hire them. As a Client Verification & Trust Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for validating the legitimacy of clients using our platform. You’ll help ensure that only real property owners, developers, or businesses with verified projects are able to post opportunities or engage vendors.

What You'll Do
• Provide general administrative support to operations, verification, and vendor/client success teams.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communications across departments.
• Maintain and organize documentation related to vendor verification, client onboarding, and internal SOPs.
• Help monitor shared inboxes, route support requests, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Assist with light data entry, reporting, and CRM updates.
• Support special projects like research, event planning, or system audits as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you’re the kind of person who likes to take initiative and keep things moving.
• Interest or experience in construction, real estate, or compliance is a plus but not required.
